Attendee Questions
How much are tickets
Complimentary passes are available for a limited time through Eventbrite.
Can I bring guests?
Yes. Guests are welcome to attend. Tickets are available on Eventbrite.
Is parking free?
Yes. Free parking is available at Campbell Hall.
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
What types of vendors will be there?
Wedding and quince vendors including entertainment, venues, photography, photo booths, florists, beauty professionals, cakes, décor, and more.
I see the show opens at 11:30. Is it ok if I arrive later than that?
Of course! Exhibitor booths are open until 4:00 pm.
Do I need to be present to win prizes?
We have awesome door prizes that will be given away via text throughout the show. Prizes can be claimed directly at the vendor’s booth.
Drawing for the Grand Prize winner will be at 3:30pm. You must be present to win.
Vendor Questions
How do I reserve a booth?
Complete the vendor registration form and submit payment online at https://myepicevents.com/become-a-vendor/
Booth space is reserved upon receipt of payment and subject to availability.
Are tables and chairs included
No. Vendors must provide their own tables and chairs.
What time is vendor setup?
Vendor setup begins at 7:30 AM
Is electricity available?
Yes. Electricity may be added during registration for an additional fee of $40.
What booth sizes are available?
- Vendor Space (4′ x 10′)
- Standard Booth (10′ x 10′)
- Double Booth (10′ x 20′)
Can I choose my booth location?
Booth placement is assigned by event management. Every effort will be made to accommodate special requests when possible.
Can vendors sell products at the expo?
Yes. Vendors may sell products and services that comply with expo guidelines and venue requirements.
