Vendor Registration

Vendor Display Area:

Single Booth - (approximately) 8’ x 10’, (1) 6-foot, skirted table and (2) chairs
Tabletop Space - 3x8 Table, (2) chairs

VENDOR AGREES TO:

Set Up and Tear Down-

Vendor check-in and set up is Sunday 7:30 – 11:00 am. Vendors are required to check-in upon arrival, prior to setup. All booths must be setup by 11:30 am on Sunday. Vendors must be in their booths by show opening at 12 pm. Coffee and pastries will be provided.

Insurance & Liability:

Vendor agrees that the Organizer, venue, staff, and affiliates are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to vendor property.

Vendor assumes full responsibility for their booth and equipment.

Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer and venue from any claims, damages, injuries, or liabilities arising from Vendor participation in the event.

Vendor is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or insurance required for their business.
