Vendor Agreement

Please review and agree to the following terms and conditions before submitting your vendor registration..

Setup & Breakdown

Vendor check-in begins at 7:30 AM. All booths must be fully set up by 11:15 AM.

The Pasadena Wedding & Quince Expo will be open to attendees from 11:30 AM – 4:00 PM.

Vendor breakdown may begin only after the event concludes at 4:00 PM.

Booth Requirements & Terms

  • Vendors may decorate their booth with appropriate displays and materials related to their products or services.
  • Vendors may promote their business and distribute brochures, samples, and marketing materials.
  • Vendor space may not be shared, sublet, or reassigned without written approval.
  • No refunds or credits will be issued for booth payments.

Insurance & Liability

Vendor agrees that the Organizer, venue, staff, and affiliates are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to vendor property.

Vendor assumes full responsibility for their booth and equipment.

Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer and venue from any claims, damages, injuries, or liabilities arising from Vendor participation in the event.

Vendor is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or insurance required for their business.

Booth Reservation Notice: Vendor space is reserved upon receipt of payment and is subject to availability. Submission of this registration form alone does not guarantee booth placement.
